Bodyneed Group Fitness Classes

The Bodyneed Way of exercise is based on Natural Movement and functional body-weight training. We like to think of it as sensible, fun, practical workouts for all different physical/fitness starting points. 

Meaning you don’t need to be super fit to start!

Our approach is to work with YOU, and your starting point and guide you to achieve the outcomes you want with your health and fitness.

Because we’re studio size (aka not packed with people) we offer small group fitness classes where we know who everyone is, by name :-), and we are able to ensure you individually receive the workout you and your body needs.

We are experienced with injuries, and can offer advice and alternatives for you to continue to exercise safely, modifying around your particular injury.

Bodyneed At Home Workouts

Something that has become more of a necessity with our changing world post 2020

If we are not in a position to go to gyms or classes, or are not keen on training in public, it is beneficial to our overall well-being that we find ways to keep active.

As we age, we need to consciously work on our strength, balance and mobility. 

The things we took for granted in our teens and twenties begin to change as we move through the decades.

And by constant, practical movement, we can ensure that we do age with agility, strength and energy to burn.
