Karen’s focus is only on YOU and YOUR goals! Making sure you’re doing the right exercises for you, the right way, guiding and encouraging you to get the best out of yourself, safely and consistently, drawing on her 20 years plus experience as a certified health & fitness coach.

Casual  $150
Multi session discounts apply with a minimum 6 week commitment
1 x per week $120
2 x per week $100 per session
3 x per week $90 per session

Our training sessions default at 45 minutes as we find this the optimal balance of time vs outcome for you. Our pricing reflects approximately 20-30 minutes of preparation that your coach will do prior to every session to ensure you are continuously moving towards your goals.

Block payments or weekly direct debit options available.  Virtual PT also available.

Bodyneed’s PT studio is conveniently located in Grey Lynn. Close to the Western Motorway, we are easily accessible from Mt Eden, Kingsland, Herne Bay, Sandringham, Mt Albert, Ponsonby, and the Greater Auckland Area.
